We are excited to offer health and wellness counseling and coaching services. Do your goals included losing weight, getting fit, learning how to eat healthy, learning how to exercise for your age and body, reducing symptoms of perimenopause/menopause, and/or improving your health and quality of life overall with sustainable change?  Then this is just for you!

 

But this isn't your typical approach.  We're not talking about weight being a number on a scale, it's about body composition.  Changing how you eat isn't about sacrifice, it's learning that food is fuel, medicine and joy!  Exercise isn't punishment for what you've eaten, it's a celebration of how you can move your body to get stronger and make changes that prevent chronic diseases and illnesses!

Not only does Dr. Fitzgerald have twenty years of experience as a chiropractor, but she has extra training in rehabilitation, nutrition, and is currently working through additional perimenopause/menopause specific continuing education.  She loves exercise, loves to cook and eat healthy, and would LOVE to help you achieve your goals!  (Better yet, some of this may even be billable to your health insurance.)
